Is softener put in the correct compartment of the drawer?

Put it in the correct compartment.

Is the softener cap clogged?

Clean the cap and drawer.
ABNORMAL SOUND
Is the motor bolt loosened?
YES
Fix the bolt tightly.
NO
Replace the STATOR ASSEMBLY or ROTOR ASSEMBLY.
Is there friction noise from the motor?
